This mp3 download was my first, and every once in a while, I think about retiring this self-hypnosis induction (as I believe the ones I've done since are superior). But then I get an email from someone telling me how much they enjoy Powerful and Successful Creator, and some go so far as to suggest that it's the best download from this site. So, go figure. I guess that shows what little I know.
The background music, Marine Layer, from Chestnut Mills is beautiful and entrancing. At this point you are in a highly relaxed alpha state which is perfectly suited for visualization and self-suggestion. You will have about five minutes (plenty of time for self-hypnosis) to give yourself suggestions and to visualize your success. You should be able to repeat your script a couple times in those five minutes. After you've finished the self-suggestion phase, you are given more suggestions that reinforce the success of your self-hypnosis project.
