This post is to allow thoughts and comments on the Creative Temple of Mind mp3. So I’ll begin by adding my own thoughts about this self-hypnosis induction. Before I begin, here’s a link where you can download (for free) the Creative Temple of Mind mp3 if you have yet to do so.

Creative Temple of Mind is my favorite mp3 to use whenever I have a self-hypnosis project I’m embarking on. I use it because I’m able to create a nice trance state within myself by listening to it, and because it perfectly reflects my own belief and philosophy about how the creative process works. I believe everything gets created through our consciousness and its relationship to the conscious, intelligent energy field that permeates the universe–what scientists call the zero point energy field. So when I’m imagining my mind merging with that energy field, I accept as literal truth that I am inextricably linked to that benevolent energy field and that it will always respond creatively to my consciousness (my intentional thoughts, my beliefs, and my energy).

Subconscious Reprogramming is one of my favorite self-hypnosis inductions. The languaging is powerfully suggestive and I like the two self-hypnosis sections as opposed to the usual one section in the other inductions.
