How to Hypnotize Someone

Arthur King has written an article on “How to Hypnotize Someone” over at ezinearticles.com.  In his article, he talks about the use of Ericksonian techniques in learning how to hypnotize someone through everyday conversations.  This technique, called “conversational hypnosis,” was developed by Milton Erickson.  With conversational hypnosis, you can learn how to interject suggestions within your conversation that are directed to your subconscious mind.

New Year’s Resolutions with Hypnosis

Do you love making New Year’s resolutions?  Many of us do.   Hypnosis can be a powerful ally in helping us to succeed with our resolutions.  Because changing our mind at the subconscious level is crucial if we want to make changes in our behavior patterns or create something new for ourselves.  It’s easy for us to change our mind at the conscious level, but changing our mind at the subconscious level is quite another thing.  It requires a state of mind in which the subconscious comes to the forefront of our minds.  And that’s where hypnosis comes into play.

This year, my main resolution is to create 18 new hypnosis mp3 sessions for my website.  That’s an average of 1 1/2 per month.  I also want to improve my ability to live in the moment more and improve my conscious awareness.  One of the first self-hypnosis sessions I am going to create is one on being fully present.  Of course, next year at this time, I’ll have the opportunity to see just how well I’ve done with my resolutions.

So, do you have resolutions?  Like to share them?
