About Your Host
Russ Melrose is your host here at Self-Hypnosis Made EZ. That's me. I've been in to hypnosis since the early 90's and have been practicing self hypnosis since that time. I continue to learn more and more about hypnosis and the power inherent within our minds. In 1996, I became a certified hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists when I graduated from the Utah School of Hypnosis. I've also studied energy therapy techniques and Reiki. Back in 1987, I received a M.A. in English from Utah State University after receiving a B.A. in English from the University of Utah. I love tinkering with websites and am the designer and webmaster of this site. And I always seem to have a few other sites in the works. I love hiking in the canyons of Utah and spending time in nature.
